Calling all Wiganers!

To say things are tough right now would be an understatement, so we want to collaborate with you to hopefully, spread some creativity and positivity!

For those of you who don't know us, we're a Wigan based Community Interest Company specialising in radio drama and podcast production.

With your help we are proposing to collect audio clips from people in the community that capture how Wigan is coping with COVID-19 and create a piece of living history. We’d like to hear stories / poems / spoken word and potentially song from creatives, volunteers, NHS staff & key workers and families with experience of life in lockdown. We’d welcome stories both sad and positive and then we’d edit and produce a series of podcasts. We were hoping that you'll join in and create with us - as well as helping us reach as many Wiganers as we can! We will prepare the call to create and provide advice on how you can get the best recording on your phone, perhaps as a short video tutorial, and we can also provide voice actors if you don't want to have your own voice featured.
