Emma Gregory

Emma Gregory has been a member of the board since January 2019.

Emma graduated from LAMDA winning the prestigious BBC Radio Carleton Hobbs Award and joined the BBC Radio Drama Company working in drama, comedy, light entertainment, live shows and educational programmes. She has extensive radiocredits with the BBC and independent companies such as Pier Productions, Arkangel and Riverrun with whom she recorded the highly successful Shakespeare on CD collection which won a prestigious American Audie Award. She has worked with many renowned directors, actors, voice teachers and playwrights such as Peggy Ashcroft, Paul Scofield, John Tydeman, Tom Soppard, John Barton, Cicely Berry, Andrew Jack, Stephen Daldry, John Caird, Dominic Cooke, Dominic Hill, Sam Walters, David Jones, Stephen Whitaker, Andrew Wade, Bob Hoskins, David Thacker among many others.

Her varied and diverse acting career in theatre has included The Royal Shakespeare Company, The Royal National Theatre, London’s West End, Orange Tree Theatre, Hull Truck, Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse, Bristol Old Vic, Shakespeares Globe, Oldham Coliseum, Manchester Library Theatre, Stephen Joseph Theatre Scarborough, Original Theatre Company, New Vic Stoke, Colchester Mercury, York Theatre Royal, Harrogate Theatre, Perth

Theatre, The Tron Glasgow, English Theatre Frankfurt. She has toured extensively throughout the UK, and for the RSC in America, Japan and New Zealand.Television and film includes productions for BBC, ITV, Granada, YTV, Lime Pictures, LA Productions, Darlow Smithson, Tiger Aspect, Company Pictures and Pearson Television. As a Voice Over artist Emma can regularly be heard on many popular and varied audio book titles (recently voted one of Audible’s Five Star narrators) commercials,

documentaries, animation, promos, audio guides, and games including Star Wars and Harry Potter.
